Brian Roberts

Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and Strategy

At Choice, Brian Roberts is responsible for corporate strategy and sales growth. Further, he helps Choice expand its corporate exposure within the live entertainment marketplace. His focus is to work with clients that want innovative solutions, independence, and CRM functionality while driving significant revenue growth. This year, Brian helped Choice Ticketing open its West Coast Office in support of its corporate expansion goals.

With the ever-changing landscape, the consensus is that the entertainment world needs new innovation and requires a fresh perspective of leading change, evaluating trends and creating unique solutions to meet client needs. Brian will work with our clients to match what Choice offers to the increased needs of the venues.

Brian has 18 years of ticketing and fundraising solution experience. He has successfully led national sales efforts and was responsible for significant revenue growth and strategic partnerships with arts, music, sports and other live event venues during his career. Brian is a graduate of Arizona State University, majoring in Finance.

Jennifer Bell

Operations Manager, Sales and Marketing

Jennifer earned her Technical Theatre degree from Western Illinois University where she was given the honor of departmental scholar. Upon graduating from college, she immediately followed her love of theatre and education to work at Harper College in Palatine Illinois, both as the Lead Technician and also as the Assistant Box Office Manager. She enjoyed her box office experience and eventually left Harper College and became the Box Office Manager for James Madison University in Harrisonburg Virginia. At JMU she began working closely with Choice Ticketing while she supervised and oversaw the Box Office. Jennifer joined Choice Ticketing as the Education Manager, preparing the User Manual, creating “How To” videos, and hosting webinars to further train our clients on our product and best practices. She now works as the Operations Manager for Sales and Marketing.

Kathleen Leitner

Training Manager

Kathleen has earned degrees in HRIM and Organizational Management while running her own business for over 16 years. During this time she began working with the local arts community as a volunteer for the Harrisburg Greater Arts Council where she spent 18 years supporting the needs of the arts community. It was during this time where she was able to use her business prowess with the arts. In 2000, she jumped into the arts full time as the Director of Ticketing Services for the Whitaker Center for Science and the Arts where she was responsible for managing the box office operations using Choice Ticketing Systems for all of the organization's major facilities and directed the growth of a centralized box office operation for 20+ regional organizations in the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania area. She now works for Choice Ticketing as Lead Trainer, assisting Choice Ticketing clients with all of their training needs.

Laura Bassett

Education Manager

Laura graduated from North Carolina State University with a BA in Communication, concentrating in both Theatre and Mass Communication. Afterwards, Laura joined The Shubert Organization, Choice Ticketing’s parent company and America’s oldest professional theatre company. She worked in the Theatre Operations department for several years before moving to Shubert Ticketing’s Client Services.

As the Event Coordinator, Laura worked to develop sales and pricing strategies for 50+ Broadway, Off-Broadway, and Regional Theatres and specialized in ADA compliance. After a brief stint as the business manager at NC State’s University Theatre, Laura happily joined Choice Ticketing in March 2016 as their new Education Manager. Laura brings a strong customer-focused background and more than a dozen years’ experience in Theatrical Arts Management.
