Support is available for all Choice Ticketing clients Monday through Friday, 10am to 7pm ET. Emergency support is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Emergency support is provided by the same team that answers calls during normal business hours. Calls placed during non-business hours go to a pager and are generally returned within fifteen minutes.

Outside of normal business hours, we offer 24/7/365 support for emergencies.
For Emergency Support Outside of Normal Business Hours:
For emergencies that take place before 8am or after 5pm MT on weekdays, anytime on weekends, and holidays.
Please first call our office and leave a voicemail in the emergency paging box and leave a number at which you can be reached. This will send a page to our technician on duty.

Then call the digital pager directly and enter a number at which you can be reached.

The goal is that the technician on duty receives 2 pages (and at worst case – 1 page) so that they can respond in a timely manner.
