Updates & Enhancements
We regularly release app updates and enhancements. For the convenience of our clients, all changes are scheduled after your normal business hours to avoid any possible disruption. Our technical support staff distributes and performs the software upgrades via remote system access.
Customers with current support contracts are eligible to receive program upgrades and new versions at no additional charge.
We pay careful attention to the needs and requests of our clients and constantly strive to enhance the software by adding new features and functionality. Due to the robust nature of ChoiceCRM’s development platform, we release new enhancements on a regular basis. Any time a client suggests a new feature, we record it and consider the suggestion for future development. If we act on your request for an enhancement, you’ll be the first to get the update and benefit from the new functionality. We announce and explain enhancements in our monthly newsletter as well as the notes that come with each new release.
